What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just does not work out. Whether you did not like it, or it did not work as expected, we will try to make it right. If you would like to make an exchange or return, here is what you need to know.
Our normal policy lasts 14 days but because of the times we have extended it to 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your items have been dropped off in the mail and scanned by the carrier, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-9 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
How do I return my order?
Return or exchange via the mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can print a shipping label and drop off at the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.
How long does shipping take?
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
